Founded in 1987, SDPLDL has evolved from a manufacturer of industrial components into a diversified enterprise specializing in industrial valves, precision casting products, crushing equipment, and wear-resistant solutions. Over the years, we have expanded our product portfolio from wear-resistant specialty valves into engineering equipment by introducing advanced crushing technology. Our continued investment in precision casting enabled the development of stainless-steel general-purpose valves and precision-cast industrial components. Today, SDPLDL serves industries including mining, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, metallurgy, and infrastructure, supported by decades of manufacturing experience and integrated production capabilities.
With self-operated import and export rights, SDPLDL obtained ISO9001 international quality certification in 2001, establishing a solid foundation for standardized production and quality management. Combining technical development, manufacturing, and trade capabilities, we provide integrated services covering technical consultation, equipment manufacturing, equipment introduction, installation, and commissioning.
SDPLDL is located in the coastal city of Penglai, Shandong, and benefits from convenient transportation and a well-established industrial environment. We have built a complete operational structure with dedicated departments for management, technical development, quality control, production, procurement, sales, and after-sales coordination, supported by experienced technical personnel, skilled production teams, and professional management staff.
We operate modern manufacturing facilities equipped for stainless steel investment casting, steel casting, welding, machining, assembly, and inspection. Our facility equipped with more than 100 sets of metal processing equipment, including machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, vertical lathes, boring machines, and grinding machines, alongside over 100 sets of casting, carbon steel casting, and welding equipment. To support product quality control and technical development, we are equipped with a 16-ton automatic horizontal balancing machine, a 400kg vertical balancing machine, various testing systems, and an in-house physical and chemical laboratory.
Since its establishment, SDPLDL has provided professional products and services to thousands of customers, maintaining a market share of over 25% across multiple industrial sectors, including mining, power generation, coal chemical processing, integrated coal-power-aluminum projects, paper manufacturing, and civil infrastructure. We have also been recognized with a number of industry and innovation awards, including “High-Tech Enterprise,” “Technology-Based Enterprise,” “Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise,” “Gazelle Enterprise,” and “Shandong Patent Star Enterprise.”
