Rolling Ring Crusher

The rolling ring crusher is designed as a primary crushing solution for a wide range of bulk materials. It delivers high crushing efficiency with capacities ranging from 100 T/H to 3000 T/H. The crusher can handle feed sizes up to 600 mm and produce output sizes between 12–50 mm, making it suitable for coal preparation, power generation, mining, and bulk material processing systems.

Easy-access for maintenance

The crusher adopts a split-type design of housing with a hydraulic full-opening structure. This allows the most internal components to be fully exposed for easier inspection and ring hammer replacement. It helps reduce maintenance downtime and simplifies servicing procedures. All adjustment mechanisms are installed outside the equipment, allowing operators to make adjustments more conveniently even during operation.

Efficient and durable crushing components
  • Breaker plates and screen plates The breaker plate design allows materials that have already reached the required size to pass directly through the bypass area, helping reduce over-crushing, minimize dust generation, and extend ring hammer service life. The screen plates feature evenly distributed large-area openings for more consistent output sizing while helping prevent material blockage. Even without additional heating devices, the crusher can handle materials with moisture content up to 25%, helping reduce power loss and maintain crushing capacity. The upper and lower adjustment system allows both coarse and fine adjustment to better control output size while compensating for hammer wear.
  • Toothed ring design Originally developed by SDPLDL, the toothed ring structure is reversible and features staggered tooth distribution with multiple cutting surfaces. This allows coal to be split into finer particles at lower operating speeds, helping reduce excessive fines caused by high-speed impact crushing.
