Reversible Hammer Mill

The reversible hammer mill is designed for fine crushing applications in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler systems and coal gangue backfill projects. The hammer mills are specially useful where stable particle size control, fuel adaptability, and continuous operation are critical to overall system performance.

Backed by more than 20 years of application and service experience, SDPLDL has continuously optimized the structure and operating performance of its reversible hammer mill to better handle changing coal qualities and demanding working conditions. Today, the hammer mill is widely used in CFB boiler systems, coal gangue processing, and fuel preparation projects. It has become a preferred solution for many system upgrade and capacity improvement applications.

Flexible adaptation for changing fuel conditions

Coal type and fuel quality can change frequently in power plants and coal processing systems. To improve adaptability, the reversible hammer mill is designed with a more flexible crushing structure, allowing to handle a wider range of coal types and mixed fuel materials more efficiently. It extends hammer life, increase production efficiency, and reduce maintenance frequency and servicing costs.
